You will smile along with the sweat as you perform creative, fun, and unique exercises tailored to building a body that feels stronger and more capable while preparing you to bring your best when it matters most on the day of the annual Tug of War.

CHARITY: A portion of the proceeds will go to the an MRE supported charity, the Civil Air Patrol. (Jonathan was a Sgt. in the Civil Air Patrol as a teenager and is thrilled for the opportunity to give back to this organization.)
